Students were presented with tasks. They had the option to present their results using the Kahootz programme.

Student Tasks
   
   
Select a greek myth and retell in your own words and present to the class in your choice of format eg Kahootz expression, role play, cartoon.
Prepare and present an individual role play of your life as a citizen in Ancient Greece.

Involvement for Xpression Participant
   
   
Select a Greek myth from resources and retell in own words.
Use Kahootz" notepad" to retell myth and create digital artwork.
Select appropriate Kahootz" worlds" as settings for myth eg fantasy, aquatics.
Choose appropriate Kahootz "objects" as characters and objects in myth.
Use Kahootz "swatching" function to change colours and patterns.
Animate objects eg people, boat, minotaur.
Check and modify animation where necessary.
Create timed links between each scene.
   
Each participant needs to:
   
   
Present their to the class and view others presentations.

Develops an understanding of ways of life in past periods.
Becomes familiar with the features and structure of a particular genre, ie myths and legends.
Develops skills in the creation and manipulation of Kahootz Xpressions.
Explores design and presentation concepts.
Experiments with various types of animation techniques.

Presentation can be shared with other class members.
Other user's add further scenes proposing future change.
Teacher could upload the Xpressions to the Intranet to be shared with other classes.
